 CONNECTION. FLOW. INTEGRATION.

My work with you is intuitive and heart centred. My intention for your class is to hold space where you feel comfortable to open to life through connection with breath, mind, body and spirit. Perhaps sweetly guiding you in remembering your wholeness, worthiness and belonging. In the words of Donna Farhi, “Yoga is a technology for removing the illusory veil that stands between us and the animating force of life.” I wish to create calming and grounding spaces where you feel held and welcomed. Where there is opportunity to be lead as well as curiosity of how the body can move and how the body feels. A chance for inner listening with the choice to integrate your learnings off the mat into your way of being.

It’s an invitation to be, to play and to honour the sacred self.

I also work privately, for events, hens, small parties and in 1-2-1 sessions - I have one spaces left at the moment for this offering. Please

Here you are welcomed into a comfortable space, where I guide you through passively held floor postures to provide a wholesome, rounded and slow practice to start with. Followed by creative and nourishing sequences, gently connecting to your breath and feeling into your body.

Yin Yang Flow builds heat and strength, whilst also balancing out your energy with steadier, quieter, mindful postures. A class that combines the dynamism and energy of Vinyasa Flow with the passively and cool poses of yin.

Bryony Hannah Yoga was born from Cherry Flow Yoga, which was in dedication to my beautiful mumma.

Cherry, my divine mother, who guided me so beautifully in life, supported me in all ways imaginable and was forever right there. Mummy Cherry had the most amount of love and shared it with everyone, she gave the best hugs, created the tastiest food and had most wicked giggle in the world. She was a total force and the brightest light.. her magic continues to live on through my gorgeous sister, brother, and myself. We were so blessed to have her as our mother.

Through witnessing my mother sharing her love, seeing the change it created and difference it made, only rippled into my being and allowed me to feel this sense of service, sense of giving back to the Earth and sharing the love with one another and all beings.

Through our connection, I hope for you to…

  • Ground your roots, find your foundation, know that you are loved and supported.

  • From there, I encourage you to grow strong yet fluid with the wind and change life brings. Reach towards the light, to be the brightest spark you can, “to be the change, you want to see”.

  • Blossom your beautiful flowers, allow yourself to open and know your unique flower is exactly what is needed in this world and appreciated.

  • Offer your fruits. Allow your practice to be of service. Give without trying to control the outcome.

  • Let it all come from a place of love, truth and joy.

    You are a gem.

Love, Bryony x
