My work with you is rooted in intuition and heart-centered connection. My intention for your class is to create a space where you feel safe and comfortable to open to life through the breath, mind, body, and spirit. I aim to gently guide you in remembering your wholeness, worthiness, and sense of belonging.
As Donna Farhi beautifully says, “Yoga is a technology for removing the illusory veil that stands between us and the animating force of life.” I hope to cultivate calming, grounding spaces where you feel held and welcomed. A place where there’s room to be guided, yet also a chance to explore how the body can move and how it feels. It’s an opportunity for deep inner listening and the freedom to integrate these insights into your everyday life.
This is an invitation to simply be, to play, and to honor your sacred self.

A dynamic flow rooted in vinyasa, featuring creative and nourishing sequences that are theme-driven. This class fosters awareness and connection to the breath while tuning into your body’s intuition. It offers an opportunity to strengthen, focus, and remain curious and playful throughout the practice.This class is ideal for yogis with some experience; it is not suitable for complete beginners.

MONDAY 1845 at Yogasara
An invitation to unwind from your day through a blend of strengthening movement and restorative yoga. This Yang to Yin style flows from energy-boosting sequences into relaxing poses designed to soothe the nervous system.The first part of the class features a strong flow with dynamic sequences to build strength and focus the mind. The latter half transitions into dreamy, nourishing restorative yoga, incorporating tools such as yin yoga, restorative poses, nidra, deep rest, and/or meditation. The class also includes breath awareness and various practices to deepen your experience. Each week brings a unique approach, allowing the class to feel a little different each time.
This class is suited for yogis with some experience and is not suitable for complete beginners.

TUESDAY 1230 at Trika YogaHere you are welcomed into a comfortable space, where I guide you through passively held floor postures to provide a wholesome, rounded and slow practice to start with. Followed by creative and nourishing sequences, gently connecting to your breath and feeling into your body.
Yin Yang Flow builds heat and strength, whilst also balancing out your energy with steadier, quieter, mindful postures. A class that combines the dynamism and energy of Vinyasa Flow with the passively and cool poses of yin.
This class welcomes yogi’s that have some level of practice. Not suitable for complete beginners.

Bryony Hannah Yoga was born from Cherry Flow Yoga, a tribute to my beautiful mumma.
Cherry, my divine mother, who guided me with grace, supported me in every imaginable way, and was always right there. Mummy Cherry had an abundance of love, which she shared with everyone she met. She gave the best hugs, created the most delicious food, and had the most infectious giggle in the world. She was a total force, a bright light, and her magic continues to live on through my amazing sister, brother, and me. We were truly blessed to have her as our mother.
Through witnessing my mother’s love and the profound impact it had, I felt a deep sense of service—this calling to give back to the Earth and share that love with one another and all beings.
