I have ONE exclusive spot opening for my 1:1 sessions in Bristol or online via zoom. This intimate was of working together is the perfect opportunity to have your unique needs met. It’s a chance for us to connect on a level that is perfectly suited for you and adapted precisely to your desires. It’ll be a journey guided by me but lead by your wishes.
If you’re new to yoga, this is a wonderful opportunity to receive focused attention, helping you grasp the basics, ask questions freely, and build a strong foundation.
For those with more experience, 1:1 sessions offer a sacred space where you can explore the direction of your practice, fully seen and supported as you deepen your journey.
My intention is to guide and hold space for you, honoring your needs and expectations, so that together we can create a truly transformative experience.

Bryony really listened to my intentions for the sessions whilst also teaching me the deeper meaning to the practice.
I started doing 1:1 sessions with Bryony a few months ago and have found them hugely beneficial to both my physical and mental wellbeing. Having had limited experience of yoga and only within a class setting previously, I went into the sessions with the goal of gaining physical strength and purely from a physical objective. Bryony taught me from the beginning that yoga is an emotional way of being too, it is a mental state and way to approach life. Bryony really does embody this way of being and it is infectious to be around.
