WILD HONEY RETREAT
Friday 13th - Sunday 15th, June 2025
For the Wild and Adventurous
A weekend infused with nature’s medicine, brimming with aliveness and deeply rooted in the womb of Mother Earth.
Wild Honey invites you to a stunning two-night retreat at the beautifully raw Kudhva, Cornwall. This is an invitation to connect deeply with life as we honor the elements of Earth and Water. Through yoga practices, somatic movement, and ritual, we will explore the divine body. Allow yourself to be sweetly untamed.
Join me and 9 beautiful souls for a weekend immersed in devotion, connection, and liberation. Together, we will awaken to all forms of life, becoming intimate with the entirety of reality as we honor the Earth, Pachamama, and bless the element of water through ritual, pilgrimage, and prayer.
Let us gather in a sacred holding space, where we can move with the flow of energy and consciousness, embracing the present moment and landing fully into our bodies. This is an invitation to embrace the WHOLE of life.
This retreat will take place just one week before the summer solstice, welcoming the longer spring and summer days as we nurture our hearts through community, sisterhood, self-discovery, ceremony, and immersive elemental and somatic practices.

About Bryony
Intuitive. Heartfelt. Grounded.
A devotee of Mother Earth and the mysterious force of life, Bryony holds a deep love and respect for the connection between nature, the human body, and the spirit. Having witnessed the transformative power of yoga, she dedicates much of her time to deepening her practice, expanding her knowledge, and listening inwardly. In her teaching, her intention is to create space for you to reconnect with your natural state of embodiment, while embracing wholeness and fostering active inquiry.
Bryony is thrilled to return to the wild beauty of Kudhva—where she can be at one with the elements, surrounded by magical woodlands and the soothing sound of flowing water. The freedom to move within such spaciousness, and to get close to the fertile soil, makes this her dreamiest retreat setting. She cannot wait to create a sacred space for you to remember the wisdom of your body.
As a yoga facilitator, ritualist, circle holder, life wanderer, food lover, and mover, Bryony weaves all her passions together to curate transformative and magical retreats. These retreats offer morning meditation, breathwork, creative and dynamic sequences, curious and playful movement, guided embodiment sessions, free movement, restorative poses, and yoga nidra (guided relaxation). You’ll also experience circles, contemplation, fire ceremonies, daily rituals, nature connection, and plenty of time for rest.
Bryony teaches from the heart, often drawing on intuitive wisdom as she connects to the energy of the group, offering a practice that meets the needs of each soul in front of her. She completed her original 200-hour training with Rasa School of Yoga and continues to explore and learn from other incredible teachers in various yoga styles, including Yin, Yoga Nidra, Bhakti Yoga, and somatic and embodied practices. She is currently immersed in a six-month non-dual Shaiva Tantra philosophy training, which speaks deeply to her heart.
Bryony has also completed a 13-week initiation program focused on holding space for women in circle. She has spent time on retreats exploring the feminine, diving deep into healing and connecting ever more sweetly to the source of life.

ABOUT KUDVHA
Kudhva is located in one of Cornwall’s designated Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, set within a long abandoned Cornish slate quarry and a short walk from the mighty north Cornish coast, known for its raw, natural beauty, rugged cliffs, secluded beaches and sublime sunsets. its local beach being Trebarwith Strand.
Rough around the edges but charming from the outset, the reception building, set amongst the trees, is where you’ll find the hot showers, the flushing loos and the plug sockets – the only place where you’ll be able to charge your phone throughout your stay, because it’s off-grid and proudly so. Perhaps the perfect time to try a digital detox and instead plug into nature.
Kudhva is the place where you can reset, refocus and revive. clean air, cold-water swimming, boundless stars and fresh food cooked over flames will help you reconnect with nature and remind you of what is most important.
Kudhva harnesses solar energy to feed the very few electrical items that are on site (lights, showers, fridges and a couple of plug sockets). There are two resident goats who happily contribute to the land management, organically regulating the abundant shrub sand grasses when they’re moved from area to area.
Investing in products that are designed to support the land and are free from harsh chemicals. Kudhva is also proud to invest in a local and circular economy and supports small businesses wherever they can.
Kudhva is striving to create a legacy of sustainability, seeking not to add to an already troubled planet, but instead creating a space where you’ll find room to appreciate nature, understand it better, recognise our lasting impact beyond its boundaries
Losow Kitchen
Losow is Cornish for herbs, which is at the heart of my cooking, everything is focused on plant based seasonal food, thats beautifully prepared, fresh, and made to share.
Communal feasting is the soul of Losow. It has been shown to increase social wellbeing, and enhance individuals sense of belonging. I love creating a sense of wellbeing and happiness throughout the food I cook.
Everything is approached in a holistic way, incorporating lots of different plants for general health and wellbeing whilst always incorporating the idea of living kindly and consciously - with little waste and lots of local seasonal produce locally sourced.

It’s an honor to welcome you to the Wild Honey retreat. When I say it’s for the wild and adventurous, I mean it’s for those souls who don’t mind walking a little to get to the bathroom, those who are ready to venture through the temperate rainforest to find the outdoor shala, and those who aren’t afraid to get a bit of dirt under their nails—or at least are open to it.
Kudhva is off-grid and immersed in nature. You’ll be living among the birds, the bees, the untamed sweetness, and the raw elements of life. If the weather is kind, we’ll share meals al fresco.
This retreat invites you to live simply, so please bring only the essentials—like a head torch and a water bottle. More details will follow in the welcome pack.
