About Bryony
Intuitive. Heartfelt. Grounded.
A devotee to Mother Earth and the mysterious force of life, Bryony holds a deep love and respect for the connection between nature, the human body and spirit. Witnessing how transformative the practices of yoga can be, Bryony dedicates much of her time to the practices as well as deepening her knowledge and inner listening. Within her teaching the intention is to offer space for you to feel into your natural state of embodiment whilst opening to wholeness and active enquiry.
Bryony is so excited to return to the wildness of Kudhva. To be at one with the elements, surrounded by magical woodland, the sounds of the streaming water, freedom to move within the spaciousness and to get down and close to the fertile soil, this is her dreamiest of retreat settings. She cannot wait to create a holy space for you to remember the wisdom of your body.
As a yoga facilitator, ritualist, circle holder, wonderer of life, lover of food and mover, Bryony weaves all her loves together to curate magical retreats. The practices will hold morning meditation, breath work, creative and dynamic sequences, curious and playful movement, guided embodiment sessions, free movement, restorative poses and yoga nidra (guided relaxation), circles, contemplation, fire ceremony, daily rituals, nature connection and rest.
Bryony guides from the heart often dropping into intuitive wisdom whilst connecting to the energy of the group and offering the practice with presence and truthfulness that meets the needs of the souls in front of her. Bryony trained with Rasa School of Yoga for her original 200hrs and has continued to explore other fantastic teachers and forms of facilitating yoga, (yin yoga, yoga nidra, bkahti yoga, somatic and embodied practices). Currently Bryony is immersed in a 6month non-dual shaiva tantra philosophy training which speaks to her heart. Bryony has also been part of a 13 week initiation program into holding space for women in circle and has been on retreats exploring the feminine herself, diving deep into uncovering what is there, healing and connecting ever more sweetly to the source of life.

ABOUT KUDVHA
Kudhva is located in one of Cornwall’s designated Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, set within a long abandoned Cornish slate quarry and a short walk from the mighty north Cornish coast, known for its raw, natural beauty, rugged cliffs, secluded beaches and sublime sunsets. its local beach being Trebarwith Strand.
Rough around the edges but charming from the outset, the reception building, set amongst the trees, is where you’ll find the hot showers, the flushing loos and the plug sockets – the only place where you’ll be able to charge your phone throughout your stay, because it’s off-grid and proudly so. Perhaps the perfect time to try a digital detox and instead plug into nature.
Kudhva is the place where you can reset, refocus and revive. clean air, cold-water swimming, boundless stars and fresh food cooked over flames will help you reconnect with nature and remind you of what is most important.
Kudhva harnesses solar energy to feed the very few electrical items that are on site (lights, showers, fridges and a couple of plug sockets). There are two resident goats who happily contribute to the land management, organically regulating the abundant shrub sand grasses when they’re moved from area to area.
Investing in products that are designed to support the land and are free from harsh chemicals. Kudhva is also proud to invest in a local and circular economy and supports small businesses wherever they can.
Kudhva is striving to create a legacy of sustainability, seeking not to add to an already troubled planet, but instead creating a space where you’ll find room to appreciate nature, understand it better, recognise our lasting impact beyond its boundaries
Losow Kitchen
Losow is Cornish for herbs, which is at the heart of my cooking, everything is focused on plant based seasonal food, thats beautifully prepared, fresh, and made to share.
Communal feasting is the soul of Losow. It has been shown to increase social wellbeing, and enhance individuals sense of belonging. I love creating a sense of wellbeing and happiness throughout the food I cook.
Everything is approached in a holistic way, incorporating lots of different plants for general health and wellbeing whilst always incorporating the idea of living kindly and consciously - with little waste and lots of local seasonal produce locally sourced.

It’s an honour to be welcoming you on Wild Honey retreat… when I said it’s for the WILD and ADVENTUROUS, I meant for those souls who are happy to walk a little to use the bathroom, those that are prepared to walk through the temperate rainforest to find the outdoor shala, those that aren’t afraid of getting dirt under their nails or at least are open to it. Kudhva is off grid and outside, you’ll be living amongst nature, the birds and the bees, the untamed sweetness, and elements of life. Hopefully, if the weather is lush, we will share meals al fresco. You are invited to live simply. Please bring minimal stuff and essentials like a head torch / water bottles. More info to come in welcome pack.
