Intuitive. Heartfelt. Grounded.
I love life and the rawness that reality brings when we flow with an open heart, trusting deeply and knowing that everything we experience—every lesson, every challenge—is an invitation to remember, evolve, and be in love.
For me, yoga is a way to honor my body and the earth. It provides me with the tools for a nurturing lifestyle—one of self-healing, connection, and kindness. I love to move, to breathe consciously, and to stay connected to my heart. Nature, friends, family, food, music, animals, the ocean, the moon and stars, fire, dance, rituals, play, and hugs—they all blend together, keeping me grounded, grateful, and in love.
I’m a yoga facilitator, ritualist, circle holder, life wanderer, food lover, and mover, I weave all my passions together to curate transformative and magical offerings, and retreats. I teach from the heart and love being on this path of life, deepening my knowings through incredible trainings. I completed my original 200-hour training with Rasa School of Yoga and I continue to explore and learn from other wonderful teachers in various yoga styles, including Yin, Yoga Nidra, Bhakti Yoga, and somatic and embodied practices. I’m currently immersed in a six-month non-dual Shaiva Tantra philosophy training, which speaks directly to my heart and cells.
I’ve also completed a 13-week initiation program focused on holding space for women in circle and spent time on retreats exploring the feminine, diving deep into healing and connecting ever more sweetly to the source of life. It feels aligned to my calling, working with women and being on the path of connection sisters with intention to support and empower one another.
I’ve faced some hard losses and challenges within the dance of my 30 years here on earth, so far. It’s all relative, of course, but it’s how we choose to navigate life’s obstacles that matters. I believe that everything I’ve experienced is part of my soul’s journey, and the hardships I’ve experienced have shaped who I am today and brought me to where I am now.
Nature and Ayurvedic living are incredibly close to my heart. Living in rhythm with nature—an ancient practice from India—has been an essential part of my daily routine. As Hippocrates wisely said, “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” I truly believe that our food, environment, and the way we live have a powerful impact on our wellness. A holistic approach to food, movement, rest, sleep, and routine fosters a wholesome and nourishing lifestyle.
Through each flow and connection, I hope you, as my student, feel a deeper sense of beauty, balance, and connection.
So much love to you dear soul. Thank you for being here.
