“This retreat worked magic for me at a time when I really needed to reconnect to source. It felt like the safest place to be raw and real and everyone was on the same wave which made it so much more magical.

The entirety of the retreat just flowed so effortlessly as one moment unfolded into the next. Hands down the best retreat I have ever experienced.’

Hello from us

Bryony and Sophie go way back, having known each other for 14 years now they feel so grateful to be able to continue to growing their friendship whilst also offering beautiful weekend holistic retreats.
::
We love running retreats together, and are so excited to bring you our 7th retreat at Campwell Farm. For us, retreats embody the essence of connection, inspiration and transformation. Since we began organising retreats at the start of 2021 we have made lifelong friendships, learnt so much from you and from the experience itself, and profoundly feel that these experiences have a place in everyone’s journey.
::
We feel so deeply humbled by our guests’ transformations that we witness from just a few days. Our intention is to create each retreat to be spacious, gentle and healing for our guests. Days that offer practice and rituals whilst also providing time for guests to just be and to slow down. We curate weekends full of replenishment and love for your body and your soul.
::
We can’t wait to share this spring awakening weekend with you, surrounded by nature, and filled perfectly with yoga, exploration, delicious eats, medicine walks, ceremony and more.

A bit about Bryony

Bryony facilitates all the practices and rituals, guiding from the heart often dropping into intuitive wisdom whilst connecting to the energy of the group. Bryony offers the practice with presence that meets the needs of the souls in front of her. Bryony trained with Rasa School of Yoga for her original 200hrs and has continued to explore other fantastic teachers and forms of facilitating yoga, (yin yoga, yoga nidra, bkahti yoga, somatic and embodied practices). Currently Bryony is immersed in a 6month non-dual shaiva tantra philosophy training which speaks to her heart.

For Bryony yoga acts as my guide, grounding me, opening me, connecting me deeper to self, source and all life forms. Yoga and Tantra is every living moment, seeing and feeling everything as the sacred whilst coming back to a place of wholeness. A remembering of your true nature, pure & untouched.

A bit about Sophie

Soph’s love for food comes from an inherited love of hosting, a tradition she holds close to her heart. Growing up, she often spent hours in the kitchen alongside her mum, creating beautiful dinner party dishes and perfectly crafted canapés for family and friends. These moments instilled not only her passion for cooking but also a deep appreciation for the joy of bringing people together through food.

Having grown up in the Devon countryside, surrounded by rolling green fields and fresh air, Soph developed a profound connection to nature. This upbringing shaped her values and inspired her to prioritise whole, unprocessed foods in her cooking.

Throughout the weekend, Soph lovingly prepares every meal, crafting plant-based, organic recipes designed to nourish and sustain her guests. Her food reflects care, creativity, and the beauty of simple, wholesome ingredients.

‘Without comminuty there is no liberation.’ Audre Lorde.
