“Bry has an open generous heart and spirit. These retreats are so much more than yoga. They are connection with ourselves and others.

She creates a container for you to process, heal and work through whatever is coming up for you in life at the time.

Somehow she manages to always attract the kindest souls.

You will feel held, loved and safe to explore the choppy currents of emotions that we often ignore in our busy lives. What a wonderful gift to give yourself!”

Hosted by Bryony Hannah

Anchored in Love | Soul-led | Vibrant

I am a yoga facilitator and ritualist, devoted to the aliveness of life. My style is intuitive, dynamic, heart-centered and nourishing. My work is rooted in reverence for the Earth and to the mystery that is the intelligence of life. I believe this life is a souls journey and that every bridge we meet is an invitation to evolve and soften more deeply in love with the raw beauty of this reality, we call life. Blessing our body every step of the way.

For me, yoga is a doorway back to the mystery of life. Whether I am holding space in a women’s circle, guiding a elemental flow, or tending a cacao ceremony, my intention is the same: to welcome you softly home to the intelligence of your own body and to awaken your truest, most creative self.

My path is paved with deep curiosity and a love for life, from exploring the salty sea to the sweetness & passion of sharing food with lovers, dancing in the fields until sunrise to reading by a cosy fire, spending hours getting lost in nature to creating in the kitchen, moving my body in all the ways to being & doing life with family and friends. Walking this life with open eyes, open heart.

I weave together my foundational training with Rasa School of Yoga with the profound wisdom of Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra that is a forever exploration and an on going study. My practice and offerings also hold space for restorative yoga… Yin & Yoga Nidra and always subtle body practices and somatic wisdom.

My dreams continue to come true every time I offer a yoga retreat, facilitating souls on their journey for a moment in time. It’s the deepest honour to witness and hold, to create a space where people come together, soften into the dance of life, express, trust, and reconnect. To lean into the magic & mystery of it all!
Thank you thank you thank you.

I am soo excited to return to the wild edges of Kudhva, a magical retreat setting and to move with you amidst the soil and slate beauty.

Let’s return to the wild, together.

Held at Kudhva

Nestled on the rugged North Cornish coast within a repurposed slate quarry, Kudhva is an evolving sanctuary where the natural environment rules over the man-made.

Meaning ‘hideout’ in Cornish, Kudhva offers a totally off-grid experience designed to shift your perspective. From its iconic architectural cabins to its sea-view tipis, this is a space of curated simplicity—where the Atlantic breeze, the woodland canopy, and the star-filled sky become your walls.

To be at Kudhva is to live in rhythm with the elements, supported by the grounding energy of the Cornish soil and the vastness of the ocean horizon.

Our Private Chef - Ellie Hix

Creating abundant brunches and delicious suppers to fuel your bodies. All veg produce will be sourced locally to the west country, in season and organic where possible.

Meals will be plant based with eggs and diary options.

Special Guest Facilitator Lola Evelyn Ives

Lola is a multidisciplinary artist and facilitator based in Bristol, UK. Working across sculpture, collage, drawing, painting and writing, her practice explores the intersections of ecology, symbolism and collective folk memory. Fuelled by the desire to participate in restoring a life-honouring world, Lola blends material experimentation with poetic inquiry to produce works that invoke stories of our kinship with the elements and ecosystems.

Lola will be offering a stunning workshop as part of the retreat…

Innovative Artistry : An elemental creative workshop to channel the inspiration of the wild.

This will entail, creating an altar, a water offering, ritual & ceremony including a tapestry full of pockets that have symbolic objects in that invoke storytelling.
